ANY MANDATORY LIABILITY UNDER PRODUCT LIABILITY LAW. 

13. Governing Law and Venue 

  • 13.1. All issues related to these Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Illinois, without considering any choice or conflict of law rules. Any legal action or proceeding related to the Agreement must be filed in the courts located in Wood Dale, Illinois. Both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of these courts for any such matters. 

14. Waiver and Severability 

  • 14.1. No waiver by us of any term or condition in these Terms of Use will be considered a further or continuing waiver of that term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition. Additionally, our failure to enforce any right or provision under these Terms of Use does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. 
  • 14.2. If any provision of these Terms of Use is found by a court or other competent authority to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision will be removed or limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue to be fully effective and enforceable.
